Terms of Service
Terms of Service.
These terms cover your use of SheetParse, a free tool that converts PDF bank statements to Excel or CSV entirely in your browser.
1. Acceptance
By using SheetParse you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The Service
SheetParse runs entirely on your device. Your PDF is parsed with WebAssembly and Web Workers in your browser; the file is never uploaded to us and no account is required. The service is provided free of charge and may change or be withdrawn at any time.
You may verify the local-only behaviour with your browser's network inspector or by using the tool offline.
3. Your Data
Your statements and the data extracted from them remain on your device. You are responsible for the documents you process and for having the right to process them.
4. No Warranty
Automated extraction is best-effort and may contain errors, particularly on unusual layouts or low-quality scans. SheetParse is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Always review the extracted rows, especially balances, before relying on them for accounting, tax or financial decisions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SheetParse is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not use SheetParse to process documents you are not authorised to handle, or in any way that breaks applicable law.
7. Third-Party Services
The site loads the Geist font from Google Fonts; Google may log that request under its own policies. No statement data, transactions or account details are ever shared. See the Privacy Policy for details.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
