About Us
Financial Tools Shouldn't Cost Your Privacy.
SheetParse exists because converting a bank statement to a spreadsheet should take seconds — and shouldn't require handing your most sensitive documents to a stranger's server.
Why We Built SheetParse
Every "free" PDF-to-Excel converter we found worked the same way: you upload your bank statement to their cloud, their servers parse it, and you trust a company you've never heard of with months of your financial life. Account numbers. Salaries. Purchases. All sitting in someone else's logs.
We thought that was backwards. Modern browsers can parse PDFs, render them, even run OCR — all locally. So we built SheetParse to do exactly that: the entire conversion pipeline runs on your device, in your browser, powered by WebAssembly and Web Workers.
How It Works
- Parse locally. Your PDF is read in the browser; text-based tables are extracted directly, and scanned pages are recognized with on-device OCR.
- Review with confidence. An interactive grid lets you fix headers, split merged rows, flag entries, and clean merchant names before anything is exported.
- Export clean data. Download strict, formula-friendly .xlsx or .csv files ready for Excel, Google Sheets, QuickBooks, and Xero.
Our Principles
- Local-first, always. If a feature would require uploading your data, we won't build it.
- No accounts. A tool this simple needs no login, no email, no paywall.
- Honest output. Amounts are exported as real numbers, not strings, so your sums and formulas are correct the first time.
Who It's For
Accountants and bookkeepers reconciling client statements, freelancers tracking expenses, families budgeting in spreadsheets, and anyone who has ever been asked to "send the Excel version" of a bank statement.
Aphronix Labs
SheetParse is a product of Aphronix Labs, the umbrella brand behind all our tools. The same principles — local-first, private, and no accounts — carry across every Aphronix Labs product, not just this one.

Founder & Developer
SheetParse is designed and built by a solo developer. You can find the developer profile on GitHub at github.com/AftanGithub or reach the developer directly at aftandevelops@gmail.com .
Missing your bank or a specific statement layout? Request it — you only need to share the layout, a blank template, or a redacted statement. We never need your real statement to add support.
